As a consultancy we look at generating the greatest potential out of a professional team through re-configuration and tooling, rather than the costly exercise of adding new recourses.
We provide co-creative methodology to both private and public sector companies, SME’s and institutions as well as corporations and big business.
We can offer various types of consul to managers and directors, through a number of delivery systems. Our services include talks, lectures, seminar groups, workshops, tools, training and creative support.
We also work in conjunction with companies to ideate and develop new creativity tools towards specific areas of interest or pressing issues.
Rather than focusing on innovation and novelty, we focus of how to use existing recourses to locate, clarify, define and solve problems. In an increasingly connected but uncertain world, we would argue that a ‘problem-finding’ process is as valuable as a ‘problem-solving’ process.
